At Your Body Goal, we will provide you the information you need to improve your health through nutrition. We do so with intense education that is physician-directed, and science-based.
The nutritional sessions will begin with basic nutrition concepts. We will then advance the educational sessions towards practical day-to-day challenges you may face in making healthy food choices. As we move forward regarding healthy nutrition, we will also be addressing your physical activity as well. Our nutrition and physical activity recommendations will be accompanied by practical stress management and behavior modification techniques you can use to not only achieve your body goal in the short-term, but maintain your body goal for a lifetime.
All aspects of our weekly, one-on-one personalized evaluation and treatment recommendations are targeted towards your individual needs. We do not restrict our nutritional recommendations to just one specific diet or just one type of meal pattern. We personalize our nutritional recommendations based upon the scientific evidence, and most of all, your choices.
